Ikeshia Highsmith has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A & M University as well as a Masters of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Florida State University. I Keshia has served individuals with disabilities for over 11 years and has vast knowledge and experience being a waiver support coordinator. I Keshia goes above and beyond for her clientele and the families that she serves as an advocate for them and their well being.

Nianza Green has served individuals with disabilities for over 25 years and has a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. Nianza brings her wealth knowledge and services as a "seasoned" Waiver Support Coordinator to the agency, is an asset to the team and continues to go above and beyond the call of duty when assisting our individuals and their families in a satisfactory manner.

The vision of J & K Haven of Support, LLC is to be part of a world without barriers, where everyone has the opportunity to self-advocate by making ethical choices regarding life goal(s) which include where to live in their own home (i.e. family, independent, or group home) and have the opportunity to obtain employment in a regular non-segregated organization. All while ensuring individuals health and safety needs are not at risk.
