Services We Provide

Waiver Support Coordination allows us to advocate, develop, coordinate, & access, supports & services for individuals on the Med-Waiver program. This includes coordinating services with CDC+ (Consumer Directed Care) and PCA/PCS (Medicaid State Plan).
